Will my plants still grow behind window film?

In most cases, yes. Plants mainly need visible light, and clear films let most of it through.

Plants that need a lot of light may need some time to adjust, especially with a darker film. If you have many plants near a window, tell us: we'll choose a film that keeps as much visible light as possible.
